Regulations
The guest/client status of the restaurant is granted by Casa Fratelli Restaurant.
Client access to the venue is permitted under the following conditions:
a. Reaching the minimum legal age for alcohol consumption (18 years), verifiable by a valid ID
b. Minors are allowed only when accompanied by an adult
c. For safety reasons, parents are kindly asked to supervise their children, as the restaurant does not have a designated play area
d. Appropriate “smart casual” attire
e. Decent and respectful behavior towards other clients and staff
f. The client is not intoxicated or showing symptoms associated with the consumption of drugs/illegal substances
g. The restaurant has not reached its maximum capacity according to its operating license and applicable legislation
h. Making a reservation or being part of a group does not exempt the client from complying with the above rules, which apply individually.
The restaurant may refuse access to clients in the following situations:
a. One or more of the above rules are not respected
b. The restaurant has reached its maximum capacity as per the operating license and applicable legislation
c. When the reservation list anticipates full capacity, priority is given to clients with reservations
d. In special situations that may affect the safety, image, and/or well-being of clients and staff.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, except for electronic cigarettes and designated “smoking areas.”
A client’s access may be revoked if they disturb other guests, disrupt the venue’s operations, or violate conduct and decency rules, or legal provisions (e.g., use of illegal substances, smoking cigarettes other than electronic ones indoors, etc.).
Payment can be made in cash or by bank card. Clients are kindly asked to keep their fiscal receipts until leaving the premises.
Casa Fratelli Restaurant is not responsible for unattended, lost, or damaged items belonging to clients.
The restaurant offers a cloakroom service; clients are responsible for ensuring that no items are left in their pockets, as the restaurant is not liable for their loss.
By entering Casa Fratelli Restaurant, clients may appear in photographs and videos later posted on Casa Fratelli Restaurant’s communication channels.
Photography or filming with professional equipment is not permitted inside the venue without the duty manager’s approval. For professional shoots, media representatives are kindly asked to contact the staff.
Bringing food and/or drinks from outside the venue is not allowed.
Bringing any type of weapons and/or armament is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Vehicles parked within the restaurant’s perimeter remain under the owners’ responsibility.
Clients are kindly asked not to drive after consuming alcoholic beverages.
The restaurant premises are under video surveillance, in accordance with current legal regulations.
Casa Fratelli Restaurant holds all the approvals and authorizations required by the legal regulations in force, documents displayed at the entrance to the premises. In emergency situations, as provided for by law, customers are asked to strictly follow the instructions of Casa Fratelli Restaurant staff.
